Refund Policy

At CONCEPT LIVING , we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. We understand that furniture is a significant investment, and we are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and promptly.

This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may be eligible for a refund and the associated conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Scenario Refund Eligibility   
Order cancelled within 24 hours Full refund to original payment method
Order cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch Partial refund (see cancellation fee below)
Product received is damaged/defective Full refund or replacement (customer choice)
Product is wrong/mismatched Full refund or replacement
Voluntary return of eligible product Refund minus shipping/restocking fees
Return due to customer fault or change of mind Refund subject to approval and deductions


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture (e.g. special finishes, dimensions, fabrics).
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products used, damaged, or altered post-delivery.
  • Requests made after the return window (7 days from delivery).
  • Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or natural imperfections in wood.
  • Refused delivery of custom or confirmed orders.

3. Refund Amount & Deductions

Depending on the case, the following deductions may apply:

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Up to 25% of order value          
Reverse Logistics Fee   Actual cost based on item & location  
Restocking Fee 25% of item value (standard items only)  
Packaging Reissue Fee Applicable if original packaging is not used  

 

All deductions will be transparently communicated before processing.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after:

  • Item is received back and inspected.
  • Cancellation is confirmed.
  • Damage claim is verified.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 For Cash on Delivery orders :

  • Bank details will be collected via secure form
  • Refund issued via NEFT/IMPS transfer

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in these scenarios:

  • Minor cosmetic damage with customer’s agreement to keep the product.
  • Partial return of a modular or multi-piece set.
  • Missing accessories or hardware (refunded separately or replaced).

6. Refund for Failed Deliveries

In case we are unable to deliver the product due to unforeseen logistical constraints or serviceability issues, a 100% refund will be issued within 7 business days of cancellation.

7. Refund Communication

Once your refund is approved and processed :

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount and transaction reference.
  • If there is any delay beyond the committed timeframe, please reach out to our support team.
