Warranty Policy

At CONCEPT LIVING, we are committed to craftsmanship, durability, and design excellence. Each piece of our handcrafted solid wood and upholstered furniture undergoes stringent quality checks before delivery.

This Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects only and should be read in conjunction with our Returns, Replacement & Exchange Policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

The following limited warranties apply from the date of delivery:

Metal, Hardware & Joinery Parts 12 Months
Cushions, Foam & Fillings 6 Months
Recliners / Moving Mechanisms 12 Months


2. Scope of Warranty

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use only, including:

  • Structural failure such as frame breakage or joint failure under normal use
  • Major cracks, splits, or warping caused by poor craftsmanship (excluding natural wood behaviour)
  • Fabric defects such as seam slippage or abnormal fraying due to manufacturing
  • Malfunctioning of mechanical components (e.g., recliners, gliders, moving mechanisms)
  • Defective or broken hardware such as hinges, handles, knobs, or fittings

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Transit damage or incorrect item delivery (these must be reported within 72 hours of delivery as per our Returns & Replacement Policy)
  • Natural characteristics of solid wood and handcrafted furniture, including grain variations, knots, minor cracks, colour or texture differences
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, surface scratches, and gradual cushion softening or comfort changes
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Improper installation, assembly, or modification by the customer or third parties
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, direct sunlight, chemicals, or pests
  • Furniture used in commercial, outdoor, rental, or non-residential environments
  • Products altered, refinished, repaired, or re-upholstered after delivery
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

4. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Email conceptlivingjaipur@gmail.com
  • Use the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Order Number]
  • Attach:
    • Clear photographs and/or videos of the issue
    • A brief description of the defect
    • Proof of purchase or original invoice

Our team will review the claim within 7-8 business days.

5. Warranty Resolution

After inspection and assessment, CONCEPT LIVING may offer one of the following remedies, at its discretion:

  • Repair of the product or affected component (preferred solution)
  • Replacement of the defective part (e.g., cushion, leg, hardware)
  • Full product replacement only if repair or part replacement is not feasible
  • Store credit or pro-rata refund only in exceptional cases where no other remedy is possible

Warranty remedies do not constitute a return, cancellation, or exchange. Nonetheless, you can be assured that we are determined to provide the best possible solution for your concern.

6. Warranty Limitations & Conditions

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase and original invoice are mandatory
  • Warranty services are subject to inspection and assessment in line with industry standards
  • If the product has been relocated outside our serviceable delivery area, logistics and transportation costs shall be borne by the customer
  • In case of discontinued products, the closest matching alternative or equivalent value solution may be offered

7. Post-Warranty Support

We continue to support our customers beyond the warranty period. Chargeable repair, refurbishment, and maintenance services may be offered wherever feasible.
