This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines timelines, processes, and important information regarding the dispatch and receipt of your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India through our trusted logistic partners.
- For remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will connect with you to explore alternate delivery arrangements.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timelines
Each piece of furniture is handcrafted upon order. Our estimated delivery timelines are:

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping : FREE across all serviceable pincodes on orders.

Special delivery requirements (e.g., stair carry for high floors without elevators)

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A call or SMS from our logistics partner before delivery

5. Pre-Delivery Guidelines
To ensure smooth and safe delivery:
- Please verify that entryways, staircases, and elevators at your delivery address can accommodate the furniture dimensions.
- For large items (e.g., beds, wardrobes), entry clearance is the customer’s responsibility.
- If manual labor or equipment (like cranes) is required, these charges will be borne by the customer.
We recommend checking product dimensions on the product page before ordering.
6. Delivery & Assembly
- Delivery & installation are provided by trained professionals where applicable.
- Products that require on-site assembly (like beds, wardrobes, dining sets) will be installed at no extra cost.
- Products that are pre-assembled (like chairs, coffee tables, etc.) will be delivered ready to use.
7. Missed Delivery Attempts
If you're unavailable during the scheduled delivery:
- Our team will attempt 2 more deliveries.
- If unreachable or unresponsive for 7 consecutive days, the order may be returned to origin.
- Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damage at the Time of Delivery
We take extreme care in packaging and handling. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Inform the delivery team immediately.
- Share photographs/videos of the damage with our support team within 24 hours.
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as per our Return & Warranty Policy.
Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is tampered with.
9. Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Manufacturing delays
- Transport disruptions
In such cases, we will proactively communicate updates and revised timelines.
